Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Hands-on role performing maintenance and ground operations for the Mk-II Aurora spaceplane. Embedded in the Flight Operations team supporting flight test and maintenance programme improvements.

What you'll do

  • Perform pre-flight, post-flight, turnaround, and ground operations tasks
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled inspections, servicing, and recovery activities
  • Follow and help improve checklists, procedures, and maintenance documentation
  • Record maintenance and ground operations accurately in logbooks and documentation
  • Support development of maintenance manuals and training material

  • Ability to work across software, avionics, structures, propulsion, and systems
  • Hands-on aircraft or space system maintenance or assembly experience
  • Strong attention to detail and habit of completing documentation correctly
  • Existing LAME qualification and/or prior CAA Part 102 experience
