Avionics Technician - Spaceplane

Hands-on role building, integrating, and supporting avionics for the Mk-II Aurora spaceplane. Position sits within the Avionics Team working on the transition from R&D to production.

What you'll do

  • Manufacture, install, and test flight-ready electrical harnesses
  • Improve documentation, tooling, and production workflows for transition
  • Integrate and configure avionics systems into aircraft
  • Manage harness and avionics supply chains and inventory
  • Create and maintain electrical schematics, BOMs, and SOPs

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in aircraft, aerospace, or automotive electrical integration
  • Experience with recognised cable and harness industry standards
  • Proficient with precision termination tooling for crimping and terminals
  • Experience with electrical test equipment and troubleshooting
  • Clear written and spoken English
