Head of Platform

Lead the team that builds and operates Partly’s internal platform and infrastructure. Role sits across platform, ML infrastructure, developer experience, and security enablement functions.

What you'll do

• Set platform strategy and build the Platform function
• Define developer golden paths and improve developer productivity
• Own reliability practices and incident management processes
• Build ML/AI infrastructure for training and low-latency serving
• Enable secure, self-service agentic and forward-deployed workflows

• Proven experience leading platform or SRE functions
• Strong SRE practices knowledge including SLOs and incident response
• Deep experience with cloud and Kubernetes operations
• Hands-on IaC and GitOps expertise (Terraform, ArgoCD mentioned)
• Familiarity with ML/AI infrastructure and inference cost trade-offs
