Production Technician
Hands-on production role assembling and validating CloudSpec spectrophotometer instruments. Part of the production team working closely with engineering and science teams.
What you'll do
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and optical instrument sub-systems
- Execute dry commissioning test scripts and validate device performance
- Prepare solutions and perform wet commissioning chemical validation
- Maintain production equipment and workspace standards
- Document test results and non-conformances accurately
What they're looking for
- 2+ years producing high-value hardware or instrumentation
- Comfortable with mechanical and electrical assembly work
- Able to learn UV-Vis spectroscopy, optics, and basic chemistry
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong reading comprehension
- Excellent verbal and written communication and self-motivated
