Solutions Consultant
A Solutions Consultant who advises accounting practice partners on technical solutions and helps drive adoption of the Xero platform. Role sits in a five-person Solutions Consultant team partnering with sales, product engineering, and external practice partners.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution scoping with Account Executives
- Design and deliver custom product demonstrations for firm workflows
- Guide practice partners through cloud implementation and workflow mapping
- Provide technical support during sales to resolve operational objections

- Proven consultative problem solving or technical solution design experience
- Ability to communicate complex concepts simply and present demonstrations
