Senior Data & AI Governance Specialist

Senior role in Xero’s Data & AI Governance team to design and operationalise data and AI governance. The role sits in Legal and partners across Product, Privacy, Security, Risk and Regulatory functions.

• Evolve privacy, data and AI governance frameworks
• Translate policies into practical, user-friendly guidance at scale
• Deliver data and AI literacy programmes and educational resources
• Work with Regulatory, Privacy, and Risk on evolving legislation and expectations
