Data & Analytics Enablement Lead
Lead enablement for G&A teams to make data self-service and trustworthy. Work within the G&A Data & Analytics team to set roadmap, guardrails and learning pathways.
What you'll do
- define and own self-service data enablement roadmap
- set guardrails for safe self service and approved data sources
- design role based enablement programmes and learning pathways
- build exemplar analytics experiences and certified dashboards
- partner with Data, BI and Governance to influence platform work

- experience designing and running data enablement programmes
- ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
- background with modern analytics stacks including SQL and dbt
- ability to translate complex data concepts into practical guidance
- experience defining and tracking adoption and outcome metrics
