Senior Product Manager 1
Senior Product Manager responsible for outcome ownership within a defined product charter. Role sits in the product team working across Donor Management, ChMS, Integrations, Apps, or Partnerships.
What you'll do
- Define and execute product roadmap for assigned charter
- Run customer discovery and validate solution hypotheses
- Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver features
- Support packaging, pricing, and go-to-market activities
- Use data and AI tools to analyse usage and guide decisions

- 5+ years product management experience in SaaS or fintech
- Proven delivery of features or products end-to-end
- Experience with APIs, integrations, or partnership models
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications in product work
- Familiarity with Agile and managing workstreams in Jira
