Casual on-call responders who provide in-person emergency and non-emergency support to Sonder members. Role sits within the Response Network, supporting the Support Centre and local responder operations.

What you'll do

Provide emergency and non-emergency in-person support to members
Work a flexible 24-hour on-call roster
Assist Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement
Support partnership relations, engagement and training
Contribute to operational procedures and network management
