Casual on-call responder providing in-person support to Sonder members in Northland. Part of the Response Network supporting incident responses and local network development.

What you'll do

• Provide emergency and non-emergency in-person support responses
• Work a flexible 24-hour on-call roster and nominate availability
• Assist Response Network Manager with stakeholder engagement
• Support partnerships, engagement, training, and operational procedures
