Account Manager, Collision
Manage and grow PartlyRepair relationships with collision repairers across the South Island. Work as the regional on-the-ground contact and relay repairer needs to Product and Engineering.
What you'll do
- Own day-to-day contact for collision repairer stakeholders
- Drive weekly active use and onboard new repairers
- Monitor usage to spot and prevent churn
- Grow accounts and coordinate with Sales to expand
- Own issue resolution with Support, Product and Engineering
What they're looking for
- Collision repair experience inside repairer or related role
- Account management or customer success experience
- Able to gain repairers trust quickly through domain knowledge
- Comfortable using CRM and dashboards to act on data
- Full NZ driver licence and able to travel across South Island
